Please don't think I believe this crap. People often do get better and become free of any mental disorder symptoms but psychiatry doesn't acknowledge that.In the world of psychiatry, what cures exist for mental illness. You are about to find out. This video references the top authorities of mental health in the United States. So, we have all these mental illnesses like depression, OCD, bipolar, ADHD, social anxiety disorder, Asperger's Syndrome, anorexia, and the list goes on. So, we prescribe all these drugs to people that are diagnosed with one or more of these mental disorders. Like antidepressants like Prozac, Zoloft, Paxil, Luvox, Celexa, Lexapro, Effexor or Wellbutrin. SSRI (Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) are often promoted as correcting chemical imbalances in the brain but there is no proof that depression or mental illness is caused by chemical imbalances in the brain nor is there any proof that antidepressants correct an imbalance.Medications like Ritalin, Concerta, Adderall, Dexedrine, Strattera, Focalin and Metadata for ADHD. All have undesirable side effects and can damage a person's organs. Often extreme states of mind like schizophrenia are drugged with antipsychotic medications such as Risperdal, Zyprexa, Seroquel, Geodon, Haldol, Thorazine, Stelazine and Clozaril. All of these drugs are used to control symptoms only. They are not cure for mental disorders. They all have an unknown mechanism of action. Some have side effects and adverse events that can cause permanent neurological damage, movement disorders, diabetes, weight gain, impaired cognitive functioning. Insulin doesn't cure diabetes either, but you can die without it.

My son has a friend who has ADHD, and amazingly it always 'cures' itself as he walks into my house because I won't tolerate bad language and bad behaviour. He is a very polite child towards me. It appears here in the UK that its almost a 'fashion' to have a mental illness such as adhd nowadays. It's sad because the parents dont realise the damage they're doing to often healthy children.

when my youngest daughter was around 6/7, I was told by the school and their 'experts' that she was possibly ADHD. Im so glad I told them they were wrong (I would have known if this were the case - I raised 5 children). She is now a normal, healthy 13yr old, although sometimes naughty. If I'd have listened to them she would likely be brain damaged by now because of the medication. They even tried to tempt me talking about extra benefits to my income because of her 'adhd'. Sickening.

The doctor urged me to take prozac about 10yrs ago and I refused. I finally realised that the cure for my depression was to divorce my diagnosed psychopathic husband. Out of the several doctors I saw for depression, only one doctor addressed the real problem and only one doctor broke the rules by telling me my husband was diagnosed. I had married him and had no rights to know this apparently although mine and my childrens lives could have been in danger.

i used prozac for about two years. it didnt work for me, so i quit. the psychiatrist told me i had to be on it for the rest of my life. i told him go scrw yourself. i dont need that sht, i can make it on my own!
