A few thoughts:* I noticed the man with the beard and earring who talks about withdrawal was shown with a 40mg dosage of Paxil. There is no way he could just 'stop' taking that and expect to be fine. To get off that high a dose he would have to ramp-down over a series of months to a 5-10 mg dose, then stop.* To the poor woman suffering withdrawal from a 10 mg dosage - you were duped.* Having never seen a Paxil add, I had no idea how MANY people were self-diagnosing themselves and GETTING the

I started on Citalaprom, and it alleviated MUCH of the depression I suffered. It probably saved my life. It made celibacy seem like a viable lifestyle choice, so I changed to another medicine. I also take medication for Anxiety (PTSD--the "real kind", not the made up kind) and amphetamine because--well, it cleans my kitchen and I hardly notice the dreadful boredom and ennui. Life is good. I like drugs.Drugs are good. Drugs make life good.

I just switched to prozac after about a year and half of taking paxil. I tried to quit all together and sufferd major withdrawl symtoms. |
