Great job Brian! I am headed to the pit right this moment so that was a great pre lift motivator!I totally understand how your bipolar probably helped. Many years back, my bipolar took me the other way and I had to stop lifting for a couple years. Depression and lack of focus due to dissociation. I'm glad to say, that has long since passed. Life is no good without the gym, am I right? You're a champ. You know what I mean :-)Ken

many thanks for your comments. my bipolar helped me in training and it also help me to climb the ladder at work. i some how feel i was in a constant state of hypomania. this was before i was diagnosed in 2001.

wow , I wish my pecs were that firm . How does it effect your bipolar? does it have a positive effect? I'm assuming you do it all naturally , I hope. You have an amazing physique .
